Tristen & Nicholas conducted themselves in a very impressive, professional, timely, hard-working manner that was completely normal for Stoudenmire in all the many years of knowing Stoudenmire (almost 25 years in 2 of our homes during those years).  They were thorough, understandable, industrious, and personable.  Our opinion was enhanced because of their age during a time when young people get bad publicity over their work ethics, values, experience, and backgrounds.

We continue to appreciate Stoudenmire and want to give a positive note to the owners of Stoudenmire (Michael & Krista).   Michael came to the house (before installation this week of our new heating & A/C unit) for our annual check-up of our old Heating & A/C equipment.  Michael was not manipulative but shared with us how our old equipment was going to need some “end of its life cycle” attention.  He gave us 6 options which were understandable.  One of them was not to do anything and see how much longer it could operate.  And the other end of the spectrum was to pick the top of the line in equipment for a replacement of the old system.  We selected neither of these two, but one that we thought would be good for us; And we feel very good about this.  We were told later that our choice fit our needs and was a very good system.

I highly recommend Stoudemire Heating and Air.  Michael came out and diagnosed the problem right away.  They got the needed parts quickly and did not leave my house until 9:00 pm so that we would have our HVAC working .  Michael and his 2 installers were wonderful.
