On 7/20/23 our A/C just quit blowing out cool air with the temp at 91 degrees. It was late afternoon and Stoudenmire promised to have a Tech at our home on the 21st. They arrived on time and within a half hour had our unit back up and running. Many thanks to all at Stoudenmire and especially Nick our Tech. Great service and people. Also. I must say Michael is the most patient efficient man I have ever seen, especially with these thermostats he worked on the systems until I was even tired,   The support group that was supposed to be able to assist him was no help plus they kept him on the phone forever. but he did not give up until he was able to set up our thermostats They had been off-line since Apple updated the iPhones That we used to connect to the thermostats
