I just moved into this house, only knowing the HVAC system was some 3 years old, and working. Andrew came to install a programmable thermostat, and to diagnose air flow and why my bedroom was so warm. He found several issues that he was able to fix, explained everything to me, and how I can keep the system in good shape. I signed up for the maintenance plan also, to catch any other small issues before they become big ones. The company is upfront about costs, and very good with communication. I highly recommend them!
Update - after much discussion with Nick, and Mike, I opted to install a new HVAC system to solve the heating/cooling issues in the house. Very pleased with the service (above and beyond!), and Mike's patience with my many questions, and coming back to make sure I knew how to program the thermostat and different zones. I had two technicians that visited my home because my heat went out. Patrick completed the diagnostic work and said to replace the part would take a couple of hours. It was already after 9pm and I opted to wait until the next day because it was already late. Patrick contacted his boss and the office manager and I confirmed I preferred to wait until the next morning even though Patrick was willing to stay and replace the part. Angie then offered to bring a space heater to my home since I would be without heat. To me, that is going above and beyond customer service. I declined and certainly appreciated her offer. The next morning Nick came to replace the part. He was professional and I recognized him from another service call he had made in the past. He had a smile on his face the entire time we spoke.

Stoudenmire is truly a company that puts their customers first. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a heat and air company. I cannot recommend them highly enough! Everything they did was professional and thorough, from my meeting with Bill to discuss my options to the installation crew of Tristen, Hector, and Jose. Bill laid out several options and explained them well. No high pressure salesmanship! Tristen and crew were prompt, courteous, and cleaned up as they went along. Ritchie and Zack were amazing today! They were here early. They were professional, courteous and helpful.  They braved the cold and went above and beyond to ensure that I had heat before the coming winter storm. I am beyond grateful for the customer service provided by Stoudenmire. As soon as my HVAC unit was unable to be used due to a gas leak, they brought me heaters to my home and worked quickly to get my home back to normal operation. I can say nothing but great things about the work that has been done at my home for the last week. Our entire duct system was replaced and a moisture barrier put down.   Mckenzie Huebner and Shedrick, a/k/a Slim went over and beyond in their work and I would recommend them highly.
